How do I buy?
Browse the marketplace, open a listing, and check out — payment runs through Stripe, so your card details never touch Spritzy. Your shipping address is captured at checkout and you'll get an email confirmation for every order.
Are the fragrances authentic?
Listings are described by independent sellers and are not yet independently verified by Spritzy — every item shows as "Verification pending" rather than carrying a verified stamp. Read exactly where we stand on Trust & Safety.
What does the fill level mean?
Every decant shows how full it is on a 0–10 scale, declared by the seller ("seller-reported"). Honest fill disclosure is a house rule — misrepresenting it is a prohibited practice. A listing without a declared fill says "Fill not specified" rather than pretending to be full.
How does shipping work?
Sellers ship their own orders. At launch that means US addresses only and ground shipping only (fragrance is a flammable liquid with carrier restrictions). Sellers are responsible for packaging items safely and dispatching promptly.
What if my order isn't as described?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, or use the "Report a problem with this order" link on the order in your account. Eligible orders can be refunded — see Returns & Refunds.
How do I start selling?
How and when do I get paid?
Buyers pay through Stripe at checkout; your share is transferred to your connected Stripe account and paid out to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. Your seller dashboard tracks sales and earnings.
How should I price a decant?
The decant calculator breaks a bottle into per-decant economics — cost per ml, supplies, and margin at a given price — so you can price with your eyes open.
What are my shipping responsibilities?
You ship your own orders: US addresses, ground service only, packaged leak-safe. The full rules (including the hazmat reasoning) are on Shipping Rules — you acknowledge them when you start selling.
What can't be listed?
No counterfeits, replicas, or misrepresented items — including false fill levels. Full detail is on the Prohibited & Restricted Items page.
