Spritzy operates a marketplace for pre-loved fragrance. This policy covers the Spritzy website and services. Questions can go to support@spritzyfragrances.com.

• Account info — your email and display name when you sign up (we support email and Google sign-in).
• Listings & orders — the items you list, buy, and sell, and the shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Payment data— handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store full card numbers; Stripe processes payments and seller payouts.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used, including anonymized traffic and referral information, so we can improve Spritzy.

To run the marketplace: create your account, show and process listings and orders, send transactional email (order confirmations, refunds, support replies), prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We may use an AI provider (Anthropic) to automatically review listing photos — for example, to estimate how full a bottle is — so we can give buyers clearer, more honest fill information. This is automated analysis, not a decision that affects your account.

Service providers that make Spritzy work — including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic(AI analysis of listing photos), and our hosting/analytics providers. When you buy or sell, the other party receives the information needed to complete and ship the order (for example, a buyer's shipping address is shared with the seller).

You can update your account details or request deletion of your account by emailing support@spritzyfragrances.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data; we honor applicable privacy-law requests.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand basic site usage. We don't use them to build advertising profiles.
