Shipping fragrance safely
Fragrance is a flammable liquid — a regulated hazardous material. These rules keep every Spritzy shipment legal and safe. Listing a bottle means agreeing to them.

Ground only — never air
Perfume and most decants are flammable liquids and may not be shipped by air (no overnight, no express air, no international air). Send fragrance by approved ground methods only. When you buy a label, choose a ground service and confirm the carrier permits the contents.
US addresses only
Spritzy ships within the United States only. Do not accept or attempt to fulfill orders to international addresses — at checkout buyers can only enter a US shipping address, and sellers must keep it that way.
Package it properly
- Seal the bottle or vial so it cannot leak, and cushion it against breakage with adequate inner packaging.
- Use a sturdy outer box — not just a padded envelope — for glass.
- Follow your carrier's and the DOT's requirements for consumer-commodity / limited-quantity flammable liquids, including any required markings.
- Never misdeclare the contents to get a cheaper or faster service.
The cost and responsibility are yours
Sellers bear the cost of shipping and are fully responsible for shipping each item compliantly, safely, and on time. Spritzy does not provide labels or packaging and is not the shipper of record. If an item is shipped non-compliantly, the seller is responsible for the consequences, and we may refund the buyer and act on the account per our item & conduct rules.
Authentic items only
Only list genuine fragrance you have the right to sell, described honestly. Counterfeits and misrepresented bottles aren't welcome — see the prohibited items policy.
