• Secure payments. Checkout and seller payouts run through Stripe. Spritzy never sees or stores your full card details.
• Honest listings.Sellers describe every item themselves — fill level, condition, and history. We require accuracy and remove listings that misrepresent what's being sold.
• Refund support. If an item arrives not as described, we help resolve it with the seller and can issue a refund. See Returns & Refunds.
• A "Payments enabled" badgemarks sellers who've completed Stripe onboarding. It means they can take payment — not that an item has been authenticity-checked.

We do notcurrently independently authenticate or lab-verify the fragrance listed on Spritzy. Listings are the seller's own representations. You'll see this stated plainly on every listing: items show as "Verification pending"rather than carrying a verified stamp we can't yet stand behind.

We're building a guided seller-verification flow — scan, photo, and fill-level checks tied to each decant. You can preview how it will work. Until it's live and backed by a real program, we won't describe items as "verified," "registered," or "guaranteed authentic."

Good decants start with good tools. The Spritzy Decant Kit gives sellers a sealed, no-spill transfer system and labels so each decant is clean, consistent, and clearly described.

• Read listings carefully and ask sellers questions before you buy.
• Keep your transaction on Spritzy — paying off-platform removes your refund protection.
• Sellers: describe items truthfully and ship only by approved ground methods to US addresses, per our item & shipping rules.
