Spritzy is for pre-loved fragrance. To keep the marketplace honest and safe, some items and practices are not allowed.

What you can list
Authentic, pre-loved fragrance you legally own: decants you've made yourself with the kit, and full or partial bottles. Every listing must be described honestly — fill level, condition, and history.
Not allowed
- Counterfeit, replica, or "inspired-by" fragrance. Only genuine product may be listed.
- Misrepresented items — false fill levels, undisclosed damage, swapped or relabeled bottles, or misleading photos.
- Tester/“not for resale” or stolen productpresented as ordinary retail stock, or any item you don't have the right to sell.
- Tampered or unsafe decants — contaminated, diluted, or unsanitary vials, or anything not safe to ship.
- Anything illegal to sell or ship under applicable law.
Shipping rules sellers must follow
Fragrance is a flammable liquid. Sellers must ship by approved ground methods only (no air), to US addresses only, and must package and label items in line with carrier and DOT hazardous-materials requirements. Sellers acknowledge these obligations before listing. Full detail lives in the Terms of Service.
Enforcement
We may remove listings, refund affected buyers, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Honesty is the whole point of Spritzy — abuse of it isn't welcome here.
